that post-Christmas feeling

My scripture calendar for today said:

"Most importantly, love each other deeply, because love will cause people to forgive each other for many sins."
1Peter 4:8

Good words, I think, because at this time of the year we can sometimes get a bit fed up with our nearest and dearest, simply because we get to spend so much time with them. It's not that we don't love them or care for them it is just that we are not used to seeing them all day long and the little annoying things about them can drive us mad. We have to learn to rise above the annoyances and to appreciate the time we have together and to cherish it because it might not always be so. Remember that love is always bigger than petty upsets and forgiveness is what makes relationships last. None of us are perfect, ourselves least of all.

Love continuously and forgive often and life will be fine.
