In these very strange times our routines are messed up and we may be feeling a range of different responses to the situation that we find ourselves in.   It helps to try and live in the present, with gratitude where we can, and with acceptance of our own emotions.

You may find something of use in the resources suggested here for home worship.  Setting aside a short period for prayer at the same time(s) each day can help to ground us.
